Alberta Health Services (AHS) will provide Calgary Zone residents requiring measles vaccine with additional opportunity to be immunized at the following drop-in measles immunization clinics:

Sat., May 10, 2014 – 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

These Calgary Zone drop-in measles immunization clinics will offer vaccine to:
- Infants six months of age to less than 12 months of age;
- Children 12 months of age or older who have not yet received their first dose of measles vaccine;
- Children four years of age and older who have not yet received their second dose of measles vaccine;
- Individuals born in or after 1970 who have not received two doses of measles vaccine.
- Health care workers, regardless of year of birth, who are not immune to measles.
Please note: individuals who have already received two doses of measles vaccine, as per the routine immunization schedule, do not require any additional doses of measles vaccine.
Appointments for routine immunizations, including childhood measles vaccine, also continue to be offered at Community Health Centres in Calgary Zone. Please call the Community Health Centre directly, to book appointment.
Calgary Zone residents uncertain of their immunization history, or their child’s immunization history, are also encouraged to contact their local Community Health Centre, to discuss.
