Palliser School Division is pleased to announce that Hailey Pinksen has accepted the role of Associate Superintendent, Business Services for Palliser School Division, starting May 1. Hailey brings a wealth of experience and expertise in financial management, administration, and leadership.
Hailey's professional journey has focused on serving community organizations. Since January 2017, she has served as a Nonprofit Consultant, Speaker, and Leadership Resilience Coach. In this capacity, she provided invaluable consulting services to various non-profit organizations, including municipalities, universities, and the healthcare sector. Her responsibilities included financial consulting, process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and board guidance. Hailey also developed and conducted workshops on budgeting, financial reporting, leadership, and resilience.
Prior to her consulting role, Hailey served as Director of Finance & Administration at Chinook Primary Care Network (CPCN), where she supported over 30 participating medical clinics. Her responsibilities included overseeing all financial activities, providing expert financial counsel to the executive team and board, and supervising the Finance and Administration team.
Hailey's extensive experience also includes her tenure at the City of Lethbridge, where she served in various roles, including City Treasurer/CFO and Financial Planning and Budget Manager. During her time with the City, she demonstrated exceptional leadership in financial planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making. She guided the organization through challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Hailey is deeply committed to personal and professional development. She holds a Bachelor of Management degree with Great Distinction from the University of Lethbridge, as well as certifications including CPA, CA, and CIA. Hailey and husband Peter have two kids, Jonah, 19, and Davis, 16. They also have a shorkie dog named Phoebe. She enjoys travelling and teaching meditation.
