The new Palliser School Division Trustees were sworn in to office at the October 26th organizational meeting. They also conducted their first order of business, electing Trustee Lorelei Bexte to serve as Board Chair, Trustee Debbie Laturnus as Vice Chair and Trustee Tony Montina as Alternate Vice Chair.
As Board Chair, Bexte will preside over all board meetings, as well as work with the superintendent to set the agenda for board meetings. Vice Chair Laturnus will fill in when Bexte is not available.
We congratulate the incoming trustees on their new roles. We also thank the retiring trustees for their years of dedicated service.
