We are pleased to announce that Amber Ruest has accepted the role of Human Resources Supervisor commencing May 1, 2022.
Amber started with Palliser School Division as the Human Resources Professional/Advisor on February 28, 2022. She has spent the last 14 years working in the Human Resources department at Lethbridge School Division. With her, she brings a breadth of knowledge of Human Resource processes and practices.
She is presently working towards a degree in Human Resources through Athabasca University. In addition to obtaining a Certificate in Office Administration from Lethbridge College in 2006, she also obtained a Certificate in Information Technology through the Medicine Hat College in 2005.
“I have enjoyed the short time that I have been employed with Palliser School Division and I am excited for the opportunity to continue to grow and learn more about Palliser,” noted Amber. “I look forward to this new opportunity and the challenges it will bring.”
Growing up on a farm in Saskatchewan, and receiving her education from a rural school and a faith-based school, Amber is excited to help support staff in schools that bring her back to her roots.
