Hailey's professional journey is rooted in serving community organizations. Since January 2017, she has excelled as a Nonprofit Consultant, Speaker, and Leadership Resilience Coach. In these roles, she has provided consulting services to various non-profit organizations, including municipalities, universities, and the healthcare sector. Her expertise encompasses financial consulting, process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and board guidance. Additionally, Hailey has developed and conducted workshops on budgeting, financial reporting, leadership, and resilience.
Prior to her consulting career, Hailey served as Director of Finance & Administration at Chinook Primary Care Network (CPCN), supporting over 30 participating medical clinics. Her responsibilities included overseeing all financial activities, offering expert financial counsel to the executive team and board, and supervising the Finance and Administration team.
Hailey's experience also includes her tenure at the City of Lethbridge, where she held various roles such as City Treasurer/CFO and Financial Planning and Budget Manager.
Hailey holds a Bachelor of Management degree with Great Distinction from the University of Lethbridge and certifications including CPA, CA, and CIA.
