Congratulations to students from kindergarten to Grade 9 at Glenmore Christian Academy who collected 686 shoe boxes filled with toiletries, school supplies and toys destined for children in the developing world.
Several schools in Palliser contribute to this effort organized through Samaritan's Purse. According to www.Samaritanspurse.ca, boxes collected this year will be distributed in Costa Rica, El Salvador, Equatorial Guinea, Guatemala, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Haiti, Ivory Coast, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Uruguay, and Venezuela
